Joe has been part of Sequent’s senior management team since 2002 and brings over 25 years of experience in business and entrepreneurial ventures. In his leadership role with Sequent’s business development team, and as a regional director, Joe’s extensive knowledge of the Professional Employer Services (PES) industry and the complex facets of the HR outsourcing industry serve him well in developing relationships and serving as a strategic business partner with clients.
Carl is responsible for identifying and driving process improvement, and ensuring measurement and accountability within our Human Resources Service Center. He's honed the company's capabilities that lead to our commitment to excellence in service delivery. He brings over twenty five years of business experience to our clients.
Brent has nearly two decades of experience helping companies take care of their people. In his business development role he works closely with many of our new business owners and executives to introduce the concept of outsourcing human resources to help align employees with the company's overall long-term goals. Brent works with a wide range of businesses across many industries to help them contain costs, increase productivity, reduce liability, and attract, retain and align talent.
Carla has extensive experience in learning and organizational development, building high performance teams and staffing. She also has led technology implementation and process change in healthcare, banking, finance, insurance, manufacturing, and distribution. Carla’s commitment sets a high bar for increased profitability and client delight.
Mark supports Sequent and our client companies with strategy, benefits, building cultures, executive leadership, process improvement, organizational development and general human resource operations.
Lauren is a results-oriented, performance driven training and change management professional. Her strengths are in instructional design, train-the-trainer, and change management facilitation. Lauren has an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a B.A. in psychology from Agnes Scott College. A member of ASTD since 2010 and SIOP member since 2009, Lauren has been a compliment and asset to the Sequent consulting team since 2012.
Christie’s experience as an HR generalist combined with experience as a small business owner positions her well for her role at Sequent as an HR Business Partner. Her focus with Sequent clients is process management and problem solving. Christie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Masters in Human Resource Management, and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
John Specializes in the acquisition and placement of HR and Recruiting Professionals, Project Managers, C-Level/Senior Information Technology Executives, and IT Professionals (SDLC, Infrastructure). With 20 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, placements, and business development, John has built professional relationships with some of the region’s best known companies, higher education, and public sector organizations.
