Beth founded the Consulting Division in 2006 fueled by her successful experience creating learning strategies to help guide fortune 500 clients through major transformations such as organizational change and mergers and acquisitions. She works closely with her team on training and development and instructional design.
Dwight oversees the Sequent Welfare Benefits Trust. The Trust serves the best interests of both corporate and client employees regarding their health benefits plan. Dwight has over twenty five years of experience in health and welfare benefits, compensation, performance management, and organizational development and is a Certified Compensation Professional through World at Work and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
Rita leads Sequent's expansion and development into the western European market. She is the liaison for Ohio companies interested in growing their operations through a presence in Europe. By working closely with our European partner, Rita helps our U.S. clients reduce the barriers to putting "feet on the ground" in Europe. She also introduces European companies to Sequent's turn-key services solution for recruiting and managing employment in the United States.
Jim leads the outsourcing side of our company. He serves on the Trust Oversight and 401k Investment Committee and ensures that the company maintains its compliance requirements with ESAC. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty five years of financial management experience. He serves on the Accounting Practices Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO).
Heather is a HR Service Manager at Sequent where she serves as an HR generalist, drawing on her background in organizational development and HR management. She collaborates with the business owners, managers and employees of small to medium sized businesses in solving problems in human resources. Heather's experience in the US Air Force as a flight medic and as a faculty member with the School of Aerospace Medicine brings a very unique perspective to her work as an HR professional.
Bill provides a passionate, consultative, relationship building approach to developing a winning culture that delivers on business objectives. He engages clients by offering and providing the results and resources they need. Over his 25 year career, Bill has proven to be an extremely resourceful business leader achieving success in corporate and entrepreneurial roles.
Carl is responsible for identifying and driving process improvement, and ensuring measurement and accountability within our Human Resources Service Center. He's honed the company's capabilities that lead to our commitment to excellence in service delivery. He brings over twenty five years of business experience to our clients.
Brent has nearly two decades of experience helping companies take care of their people. In his business development role he works closely with many of our new business owners and executives to introduce the concept of outsourcing human resources to help align employees with the company's overall long-term goals.
