If your personal or financial situation has changed, consider reviewing and possibly submitting a new Form W-4 for 2010. Or if you have previously claimed to be exempt from taxes, and you want to continue your exemption status in 2010, you must submit a new 2010 Form W-4 to your employer before February 16, 2010.
