2009 W-2s are Now Available on Sequent Connect

Getting your 2009 W-2 is as simple as logging onto Sequent Connect. Just follow these simple steps:
- Click here to log onto Sequent Connect.
- Click on “Myself” in the orange bar on the left.
- Select “Pay” which is located in the gray area under “Myself.”
- Then click on the “W-2” tab along the top of the window.
- Click on the year “2009” to view your W-2. To print, click on the “Print” button which is towards the upper right corner of the W-2 window. A printout of this version from Sequent Connect is suitable for local, state and federal tax filings.
Paper W-2s will be mailed by Sunday, January 31st, 2010. Please allow sufficient time for it to be delivered by the US Postal Service before you contact us to inquire about your W-2.
If by Monday, February 8th, 2010 you still have not received a paper copy of your 2009 W-2 in the mail, and you prefer not to access your W-2 through Sequent Connect, please contact us by calling toll free 877-447-4111. We will be happy to assist you by confirming your mailing address and mailing to you a replacement copy of your W-2.
