Total Compliance Management:
There is a lot that our Risk Management professionals do behind the scenes to help our Professional Employer Service clients maintain compliance with the appropriate regulatory agencies and for unemployment insurance. For example, Sequent:
- Helps our clients secure and maintain proper workers’ comp. coverage
- Assists our clients with the maintenance of their OSHA 300 logs
- Verifies the job classification codes for each employee
- Calculates and files workers’ comp insurance reports with the appropriate regulatory agencies
- Recommends changes to improve employee safety when necessary (via our Sequent Safety Team of professionals)
