Who We Are
As the Executive Vice President/Managing Director at Sequent,
Beth Thomas founded the Consulting Division 2006. She has 25 years of experience creating learning strategies and works closely with her team to ensure client satisfaction.
Beth served in pivotal roles at JP Morgan Chase as SVP/Head of Retail Training Development and Limitedbrands where she created and managed the Retailer’s Enterprise Learning Center and the Service Management Practice.
In these roles, she touched every aspect of training. This includes developing a training strategy for JP Morgan Chase’s retail business and managing training for 2,400 branches and 35,000 associates across the country.
While at Limitedbrands, she was responsible for all technology and process learning programs for all Limited Inc. businesses (including a team of 30 learning professionals and 180,000 associates nationally) as well as creating an eLearning strategy to address and deliver a blended learning approach. Beyond that, she also created a strategy on technology learning for the Enterprise’s multiple multi-million dollar brands.
