In helping companies establish a safe and secure workplace environment, we first help assess safety and compliance needs. These assessments provide us with the insights needed to develop compliance-based programs that address the regulatory mandates specific to their industry. In addition, we can also assess performance and behavioral issues within the workplace and offer programs to address those needs as well.
Assessments
Our senior safety professionals conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the general health and safety culture of your workplace environment.
Program Development
After a general workplace assessment, Sequent works hand-in-hand with your company to develop the roles and responsibilities needed for a successful safety and compliance program. It all begins with the establishment of an On-site Safety Committee.
Training & Education
Sequent is an independent authorized American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Training Center. Our ASHI-authorized safety instructors provide on-site training in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). We also offer a wide variety of general health and wellness education.
Security Planning
Sequent can conduct a security assessment of your current workplace environment and help you establish an Emergency Action Plan for your company.
