Phase 1

Phase 2
Then, we developed and implemented a plan for working with the employees to uncover the root causes of many of the HR issues they were facing.
Phase 3
Finally, we developed a long-term strategic plan, which included conducting in-depth assessments and Communication Enhancement Programs that targeted the root causes of the company’s problematic issues.
